My Criminal History
My criminal history began in 1997. After going to Columbia Bible College for five years, I was expelled. I remained in the local Mennonite churches for a short time. I contacted a Mennonite woman's grandmother, Katie Heidebrecht, and inquired if her son, George Heidebrecht, would ever consent to his daughter, Wendy Heidebrecht, marrying someone who was not from a Mennonite background. Well, I arranged to meet with the grandmother the following morning to discuss it further over lunch. Wendy's father called me and told me to stop sexually harassing his daughter. He also said that his daughter feared for her safety. Shortly after this an Abbotsford police officer arrived at my residence on James St., and told me at the front door that there was evidence they had of me attempting to murder, attempting to rape, stalking, sexually harassing and extorting for sex, Wendy Heidebrecht. I was told to leave Abbotsford and not return. Shortly after this conversation I left the city.
Around 2002 or 2003 I was in my late twenties at that time, married and was expecting a daughter. I was working with mentally handicapped people f/t and had a corporation. I had an encounter with a young female in Burnaby, who was around 19 years old, Gillian Lyons. I was bit by her dog and I informed her of this. There was verbal exchanges, a pursuit and a strike by the young woman. I punched the woman in her face knocking her into the parking lot. I was later arrested and charged with criminal assault. I went to court and the judge gave me probation for one year and she would not revisit the charge if I kept the peace during that time.
Early in 2000's I contracted a web designer to program my website, Patrick Major, who owned the website tecweb.ca. Our business relationship ended on bad terms. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and later discovered through correspondence received from the BBB that he had submitted a document to them accusing me of stalking employees of Internet Gateway (now no longer in business).
In 2004 or 2005 I hired a web designer, Brian Fox, who used the alias online of EBOLA. Our business together disintegrated and he accused me of extorting him.
From 2004-2007 I got involved with a forum called http://www.therantpage.com. Posts were made that resulted in a flame war between myself and Wonderhampster, the moderator. I was accused of attacking his six-year-old-daughter. I was also accused of cyberstalking and committing identity theft towards both Wonderhampster and his friend Clarence Boyle who used the alias Michael on the said website. Further to this there was an accusation of copyright theft.
Circulating on the internet was another crime I was accused of. On social media I was accused of stalking Michelle Heidebrecht who is the cousin of Wendy Heidebrecht.
In 2007 I committed the crimes of attempted murder, aggravated assault and break and entry with my wife's common-law-partner, Blair Paul Scott. I went to Surrey Pretrial for about eight months. I was out for one month on a bail bond when I sent an email to Patrick Major stating that I urinated on his mother's fence. I was charged with criminal harassment against Patrick Major and also charged with criminal harassment of his friend Andre Auguste AKA AJ who was with a company called autoadmin.ca. While I was in Surrey Pretrial custody I met with a woman who was the assistant of Dr. Dhilli, a psychiatrist. The day after I met with his assistant, Dr. Dhilli told me that she was the woman I tried to rape. Later I was sentenced on a global sentence , pleading guilty to the charges of attempted murder of Blair Paul Scott, aggravated assault with a weapon causing bodily harm, criminal harassment, attempted murder of Wendy Heidebrecht, attempted rape of Wendy Heidebrecht, stalking Wendy Heidebrecht, sexually harassing Wendy Heidebrecht and trying to extort Wendy Heidebrecht for sex, cyberstalkiing and committing identity theft of Wonderhampster, cyberstalking and committing identity theft of Clarence Boyle AKA Michael and copyright theft of therantpage.com, extortion of Brian Fox. I was sentenced to six-and-a-half- years in federal prison. I only served five years in federal prison as I got 16 months time served in Surrey Pretrial.
In 2011 I was on parole while under Correctional Services Canada in Vancouver at Belkin House. Tyler Khan was my parole officer. I was recalled to prison and Tyler Accused me of criminally harassing him due to sending in multiple grievances against him using Correctional Services Canada's internal compliant process.. This accusation was made during a hearing with the parole board. I was never convicted of that crime against him however his word as a parole officer was sufficient for the criminal accusation to be accepted as being committed by me.
In 2012 I was on parole a second time in Chilliwack. One of the conditions for me being on parole was to speak with the psychiatrist at my half-way house. When I was in Chilliwack, I met with the Parole Officer and Linda Grasswick (the psychiatrist). We talked for about fifteen minutes. I answered her questions. An hour later, I was behind the half-way house when two RCMP officers emerged from the backdoor. One of them told me that I broke a condition of being on parole. I asked him which one and he told me that I refused to meet (or talk?) with the psychiatrist. I was arrested for this and recalled to prison.
In 2016 (approximately) after i was released from prison, I was reporting in to the RCMP on a Section 810 order and Constable Ryder told me that I had committed two counts of fraud with a person living locally and another person on Vancouver Island. He told me that I was in communication with them and that the RCMP had my IP address.
In October of 2022 I was in a McDonalds restaurant in Maple Ridge and I was given a ban for committing an act of public masturbation at the front counter resulting in a young female counter person crying uncontrollably for four hours in the back of the store. The RCMP became involved and they reviewed the video tapes of the incident and there was nothing I did warranting the accusation and ban. Despite the incident not resulting in criminal charges there is a report of me with the RCMP having been involved in a sex crime report.
Later in 2023 I contacted The Home restaurant in Maple Ridge where I was terminated earlier in 2020 and I inquired of a hostess if I could enter still to order food. I was informed I was not welcome there and the RCMP would be called if came in. It was explained to me that I had sexually harassed a female cook named Tasha during my employment there as a dishwasher. I actually was sexually harassed by her during my employment however I did not pursue the matter and I have not returned.
In 2023 I contacted a local pizzeria named Pappa Leo's Pizza out here in Maple Ridge and had a discussion with the owner/manager regarding persons with a criminal record being allowed to be patrons. I discovered months later that the owner/manager had reported me to the RCMP despite nothing criminal having been committed.
In 2023 I was seeking someone who was a gifted artist to do some concept sketches for me to provide to a 3D graphic designer for my nascent miniature model printing business. I posted ads on Fiverr, Craigslist, contacted some art colleges in the Lower Mainland and also contacted some local high schools. One of the high schools, Garibaldi Secondary, reported me to the RCMP in town and I was told by an officer to not contact that school again.
In 2024 I was banned from the same McDonalds Corporate Canada location I was banned from in 2022, a second time; I was informed by the management I cannot return without a police escort onto the property. I have not been in that McDonalds restaurant for fifteen months so I am unsure what precipitated my ban this time.
In 2024 there was an attempt at conversion with Temple Sholom in Vancouver. I was given a life time ban from the synagogue. I attempted to communicate through email and have some dialogue with the Rabbinate. My last email requested forgiveness from the synagogue for my past. Temple Sholom called Vancouver Police Department and I was threatened with criminal harassment charges against me protecting Temple Sholom.
